In the NHS App, you can receive messages from your healthcare providers. To make sure you get notified when a new message arrives, notifications must be turned on in your phone settings.

How to turn on notifications:

✅Open the NHS App and go to Your account.
✅Select Settings.
✅Choose Manage notifications.
✅Select Go to device settings.
✅Turn on Allow notifications.

Once notifications are enabled on your device, close and reopen the NHS App.
This confirms that you are registered to receive notifications.
