Therapy is inherently political, and this pride month, I'll be remembering the tireless work that has gone into protecting our community and the people who have sacrificed for us. I will not only celebrate q***rness and its culture, but will continue to listen to, and not speak over, the voices of those who continue to be heavily persecuted and who are having their rights actively removed. It is not a threat, it is real and happening. There is no pride without prioritising trans lives.

My stance on UKCP withdrawing from the Memorandum of Understanding on Conversion Therapy and the Coalition Against Conversion Therapy. They say they are still against it, but we don’t need words. We need action. Meanwhile, BACP have stated they remain committed to the MoU.
