75 minutes of nurturing care every Wednesday morning to help you heal, strengthen and relax post partum.
Being a new mum may feel pretty challenging. At home it's impossible to find time to dedicate to your recovery and wellbeing, yet your physical and mental health has never been so important. I offer a protected space to devote to your body - safely restoring pelvic floor, deep core and any diastasis recti, plus releasing tight shoulders, easing backache and so much more. If you're feeling frazzled or overwhelmed, movement, breath practices and a guided relaxation can ease your nervous system into a calmer place. All this happens with your little one alongside you, with all the feeding, cuddling and magical connection that's needed. Babies enjoy their own little yoga practices too, and we sing to them - it's gorgeous!
Class sizes are small and the studio is set in my beautiful garden. Suitable from 6/8 weeks after vaginal/Caesarean birth up until your baby is on the move.
