✨ A Theme Emerging in My Recent BQH Sessions ✨

Lately, I’ve been noticing a beautiful theme coming up in my Beyond Quantum Healing sessions. A deep sense of oneness and connection with everything that is.

So many clients are experiencing that profound remembering… that we are not separate, but part of something much greater. A vast, loving wholeness that holds us all.

Each time this awareness comes through, it feels like such a beautiful reminder that we are connected to the earth, the stars, to one another, and to the infinite essence of being itself.

These moments always touch my heart and remind me of the truth beneath it all. We are one.

New here? Let me introduce myself. Hi! I’m Heather, a hypnotherapist and quantum healer.

My journey began with solution-focused hypnotherapy as I worked through my own struggles with low confidence and a sense of disconnection. This path was sparked by what I can only describe as a spiritual awakening in 2020, and the realisation that our greatest challenges often prepare us to help others.

Since then, I’ve gone down a rabbit hole of personal development and exploration, training in a range of modalities including advanced hypnotherapy techniques, NLP, EFT tapping, angelic reiki, past life regression, and most recently, beyond quantum healing hypnosis.

With quantum healing, I’ve found my passion. Each session is an opportunity to guide someone on a profound inner journey—connecting with their subconscious, their higher consciousness, and even the oneness that we are all a part of. It’s about helping people access their own wisdom and power, receive the healing they need in the moment, and return to peace and harmony. Every session leaves me in awe of the power we each hold and the deep interconnectedness of everything.

I’m currently looking for 2-3 individuals to take part in a case study project exploring how Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) may help facilitate meaningful shifts or improvements in chronic conditions by working with the subconscious and higher self.

This is a wonderful opportunity for those experiencing things like:

🌟 Chronic fatigue
🌟 Insomnia or sleep issues
🌟 IBS or digestive problems
🌟 Anxiety, low confidence, or emotional overwhelm
🌟 Long-standing symptoms that haven’t shifted with conventional methods

In exchange for a free 1:1 BQH session, I’ll simply ask for your honest reflections afterward via a short feedback form, to help build case study insights and raise awareness of how this work can help others.

Believe there is an emotional or energetic component to your physical issue.

You understand that healing is a collaborative process — not something done to you, but something you’re an active part of. The most powerful sessions happen when you're open, engaged, and willing to gently explore what your inner self is ready to reveal.

Can engage imaginatively—see, feel, sense, or intuitively know information as it emerges during the journey.

Are willing to provide honest feedback (via a short follow-up questionnaire).

🚫 This is not suitable for:

Individuals who have experienced acute psychosis, dissociative identity disorder (DID), BPD, or schizophrenia, as hypnosis may be contraindicated in these conditions

People who strongly resist hypnosis or don't want to be in a relaxed, receptive state—a willingness to cooperate is essential

Those who expect instant, dramatic results without follow-up or practice and are not will to take responsibility for their own experience / healing —this is a deep, exploratory process.

Anyone who cannot engage in some form of sensory imagination or inner knowing.
