The Barre Lineage, also known as The Lotte Berk Technique is a gift from one to another.

Musical, sensual, and highly effective, this practice will leave you feeling empowered, s*xy, and deeply connected to your femininity . But not just that it will improve your s*x life ! 

Invented by Lotte Berk, a German contemporary dancer, this unique method blends dynamic exercises, perfectly timed stretches, with a whole section focusing on the pelvic floor.
It works from the inside out — awakening both your energetic and physical bodies.

This Thursday Join Wen for a SOFT SUMMER - a slow flow-to-yin practice that eases us into Summer’s warmth, the most “yang” time of the year. 

This practice invites you to embody the essence of Summer, a season aligned with the Fire element and the Heart and Small Intestine Meridians in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) - guiding us towards introspection and restfulness. We begin with some gentle, Qigong-inspired flow that incorporates breathwork and self-tapping/massage techniques, to awaken and circulate energy (prana) throughout the body.

We will then transition into stillness with longer-held yin poses supported by props, targeting our deeper connective tissues and guiding you into rest.
