I really enjoyed seeing one of my old Taekwon-do students this evening in clinic. He now trains and fights in Muay Thai for under it’s fantastic to see him still on his martial arts journey. Today we assessed some ankle pain, administered some treatment and have laid out an exercise rehab plan to keep him in the ring and in tip top shape for his upcoming fights 🥊🥋💥

From now until next year there will be 3 appointments available every other Saturday morning from 10am - 1pm.
“I thought you were closing on weekends Phil?” I hear you say.. well my wife is on maternity leave.. and the mortgage needs paying.. so needs must 😂

The only gap will be the 29th of November as it’s my birthday and I’m doing a 100 mile bike ride.
