TRAVEL INFO:
There is very limited parking available on site. We advise arriving by public transport or taxi where possible. There are direct buses from Bristol Temple Meads, the city centre, Bath and the surrounds to the Bath Road entrance. There is also bike parking.
Blue Badge holders have full parking access, just inform the gate staff.
For anyone who does use the car parking, please park beyond the Spielman Centre if possible.
The car gates will close after 8.30pm for the remainder of the ball so please aim to arrive before then. If you need them to be opened for any reason after this, you can contact us or the Arnos Vale staff.
⚠ The M4 is due to be closed from 7pm on Friday 24 October to 6am on Monday 27 October. More information can be found here: https://nationalhighways.co.uk/our-roads/south-west/a432-badminton-road-bridge-crossing-the-m4/
WEATHER:
Please be prepared with umbrellas and with sturdy footwear – especially if you wish to partake in the tours.
DRESS CODE:
Hopefully you’ve all nailed your outfits by now, but if not, please see our dress code here: https://thebatsball.wordpress.com/dress-code-2/
CASH AND CARD:
Please note the bar is Card Only!
We do highly recommend bringing some cash as well just in case, but all vendors should be able to take card payments.
DRINKS:
We will have a lovely selection of drinks available to purchase at the bar, and so we must ask that you don’t bring in any alcohol from outside due to licensing laws. To avoid putting the event and our amazing venue at risk of closure, anyone found to be doing this will be refused entry and prohibited from attending future events.
Arnos Vale is a working cemetery and we need to respect our environment. Best behaviour please!
Also, please note the ball is an 18+ event due to alcohol on sale.
RESOLD TICKETS:
If you have resold your ticket(s), please make sure to let us know as we can update the guest list with the new name(s) in case of any ticket issues. You can find the official resale post on this page.
If you have any other questions, please let us know in our comments/direct messages and we'll do our best to get back to you! 🦇
