A practice for today. To lie or sit in stillness noticing your breath and being present. It may help to place your right hand on your abdomen and left to your heart. With each breath feel your right hand rise and fall. Notice your pace and rhythm. Be in this moment.
It’s easy in this age we live in to see Yoga as asana (postures) alone. The images of super bendy, thin, white women and men would have you believe it’s not for those outside of the this narrow box. That’s wrong. Yoga is for all. I’m sure you’ve heard me say it many times but, the physical part is a limb of a whole. Not the complete whole.
