Happy Spring Equinox 🌷🪻🌟
Lighter, brighter, fabulous energy is coming through.
This, to me, always feels like the proper new year !! 🌟
Make sure you plant those seeds and intentions for the future year.

A small ritual -
🌸Light a candle
🪻Take 3 deep breaths
🌷Write down a few intentions for the coming year
🌼Hold the piece of paper in your hands
🏵Visualise the energy coming in through your crown chakra (as we do in reiki circle). Ground yourself with roots from your feet
🌸Visualise the energy going to the piece of paper and your intentions.
🪻See yourself already there
🌷You can hold this for as long as you want
Once done, take some more deep breaths and burn safely or dowse in water to help this energy release to the universe.✨️

What an amazing couple of days training these two lovely ladies 😁
Already having done reiki 1 with me, these students wanted to take the next steps in their reiki jorney and understand this energy more. ✨️

We covered lots of things from dragons🐉, reiki symbols🕉, mandalas🔯, and so much more ! 🤯

And to make it even more special, we did this on the new lunar year, new moon and the starting of the year of the horse.🐴

The energy was fantastic, so happy and full of love 💓

🎄I wish you all a very happy Christmas and a happy, healthy New Year.🎄

I'd also like to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for supporting my small business this year.💓
I am so grateful to have met the most amazing souls this year and feel blessed that I can share my love of all the beautiful and weird stuff that makes me happy.😊

Wishing you all a very happy winter solstice and festive season.🌟🎄❄️

I held a reiki winter solstice celebration yesterday to celebrate the returning of the light.
A time for you to gather with friends and family, step inwards and honour ancestors.
To look back on the year, release what no longer serves your highest good and go forward into the new cycle.

Winter reminds us to slow down and go inwards, to listen to what our body and soul is trying to tell us.
Clarity comes in stillness and quiet.😌

Exciting start to week. 😁
My first sound bath/journey!✨️

I've been to lots of sound baths over the last 10 years or more and absolutely love them.💓

At the beginning of this year I found myself wanting to know more about sound and all the amazing benefits, so i enrolled on course, which I finished in the middle of the year.

Life got in the way, but I managed to finally do my first one this week.🙏

It was great, and I really enjoyed holding space for people to relax, restore, reconnect, and come into balance.

More to come next year.
