Remember to honour your anscetors. ✨️
A simple ritual -
🎃*Sit quietly, light a candle, think of them, and thank them for all their wisdom that they pass down to you.
👻*Ask a question and pull a tarot/oracle card to see what message they are sending you at this time to help.
🌟*Write down what you need to let go of and burn safely to let it go back to universe.
🙏*Write down one thing you're grateful for.

As someone who likes to help,support, and guide people, I sometimes forget I need support and time to do the things I love as well.

My life has changed quite a lot over the last few years and after 10 years of working from home I am now going back out into the real world again!! 😬
Exciting and scary at the same time.😊
I have managed to find a lovely, warm and welcoming treatment room inside Sadie Paul Salon in Downend, Bristol. 😍
I am really looking forward to this new and exciting chapter of my life.
And I have just moved in!!!😅
I am having a open afternoon on Sunday 5th October between 12pm and 3pm and if you'd like to come along, have a chat with a cup of tea and biscuit please let me know. I would love to see you.🤗
It would be an opportunity for you to come find out about all the lovely treatments and training that I offer. And of course catch up.😁
