Being a mum and running my business from home is such a blessing — I truly love both roles. And working from home brings such flexibility and keeps my prices down. One of the challenges though is when illness strikes, especially when it’s some sort of sickness bug.

It’s never easy to cancel clients, and it’s not something I ever do lightly. Out of respect for your health and in line with my Wellbeing Promise, I always follow the 48-hour rule to make sure there’s no risk of passing anything on.

I’ve contacted clients directly who are affected within the 48-hour window, and I’ll continue to update anyone else this week if it looks like it may affect your appointment. Rest assured, if your appointment is not cancelled, it’s because the 48 hours have safely passed.

To support those I’ve had to reschedule, I’ve also opened up my usual days off this week to create extra appointment slots.
