Join Hannah for a moment of serene meditation and soothing sounds, inspired by and to balance the energies of the season.

Discover the feeling of deep relaxation in your body as the gentle frequencies of the alchemy crystal singing bowls flow through you during the sound bath. Each Crystal Tones singing bowl is made of 99.9% quartz crystals, rose quartz and gold. Making the resonance of each bowl clear and light in frequency.

The sound and feeling of these bowls is beautiful- both gentle and powerful.

The studio has a little breather for the main celebratory days of Christmas and we are running a limited schedule of longer classes on the days between Christmas and New Year.

Knowing that Christmas can bring mixed feelings to many we hope to offer the space as a place to take a moment for yourself, to move, rest, reconnect. The floor heat will be on and there will be tea in the jugs.

Classes are bookable via our timetable, all classes are available to all membership types - time or class type restrictions do not apply one these!
