It’s no great secret that day-to-day emotional stresses and anxieties – whether work, family or society – can have a profound impact on our physical wellbeing. I’m hugely passionate about creating space for people to relax, unwind and de-stress – allowing your mind and body to reconnect. I discovered the benefits of massage while living in London, working a stressful, demanding job and frequently struggling with anxiety. Taking that time for myself to press pause on the noise, slow down my mind and nourish my body was game changing. So much so that I decided to retrain and set up a business helping others through massage therapy. I became a mum in 2020 and my massage practice took on a new focus, training and specialising in pregnancy and postpartum massage. Parenthood is a real rollercoaster of emotions, demanding on both the mind and body. I love supporting mothers throughout their pregnancy and early parenting journeys, nourishing body, mind and baby through the power of touch. Recently I qualified as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor, so that I can continue to support families by passing on the benefits and joy of massage to parents and their babies.
