With Spring in the air, are you starting to think of cleaning up your health and boosting your energy after the interesting winter we've had? Perhaps you're feeling stiff, clogged up, and sluggish, or experiencing other problems caused by inflammation in your body. Or maybe you just want to drop a bit of winter weight, and build in some healthy habits. If so, come join me for a program of yoga and detoxing. Together, we will go through a 14 day journey of cleansing practices designed to aid detoxification in your body. We will follow a specific food program and tune into the body over a series of five yoga classes.
