I've been doing some research into the effects of Sugar on our bodies. So I thought I'd share some details with you โฌ‡๏ธ

Next week Iโ€™m launching a sugar free challenge in my group 'Midlife Womens support group'. Going sugar free is the quickest way to lose weight and feel full of energy. While itโ€™s true, a little of what you fancy does you good, most of us have way too much of the sweet stuff in our lives. Vitamin D levels should be checked regularly especially this time of year, as, we head into winter. However even with adequate sunshine not everyone is able to make vitamin D due to having variants or particular SNP's involved in the metabolism of vitamin D.
