Reco Spinal Centre Bristol is here to provide outstanding spinal therapy / chiropractic and massage care to the people of Bristol and surrounding areas, to empower them with health and wellbeing. We are located near to St Michael’s maternity hospital and provide a warm, friendly and caring environment. The aim of the centre is to find out the underlying cause of the problem and to then treat, without the use of drugs and surgery. In addition to spinal treatment and sports massage, also included is lifestyle and/or nutritional advice, rehabilitative work and talks on health and wellbeing. We have the added benefit of having X-Ray facilities onsite, if this is deemed necessary. With a Central Bristol location, Reco Spinal Centre can be easily accessed from the city centre and has onsite car parking facility.

The team at Reco is awesome — really professional but also super friendly. After doing the diagnostics and X-rays, they explained everything clearly and put together a treatment plan that made total sense. Emily’s is great — she always makes me feel comfortable and takes the time to explain exactly what’s happening at each stage.

Having tried physio & acupuncture for relief of buttock pain, without success I decided to visit Reco Spinal Centre. After just 3 sessions I began to notice some relief. It was good to get a diagnosis which proved to be a back problem causing buttock pain! Everything was explained to me using technology, drawings and x-rays. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The app is amazing enabling me to look at my x-ray & treatment plan. There is also a diary of my appointments should I need to make any changes. I would thoroughly recommend Reco Spinal Centre.
