Home at the Edge of the Woods Welcomes a New Housemate 🌿 🐝
We’re Tom and Lena, and we have a room available in our home, nestled near the beautiful Blaise Estate in Bristol.
The room is spacious, fully furnished, and overlooks our peaceful garden and the woods, where birdsong is a daily delight.
🌿 About the House:
Our home is filled with natural light, featuring a spacious living room, three bedrooms, a big kitchen, and a large garden.
We are just a five-minute walk from Blaise Estate and less than 10 minutes by car from the Welsh border.
The garden is big, beautiful, and home to two beehives!
🛏 About the Room:
Large, furnished double room with a comfortable double mattress and bed frame.
Plenty of storage with a large cupboard.
View of the garden and woodland💡 Who We’re Looking For:
We would like to live among people who (ideally):
Work professionally or are postgraduate students (sorry, we cannot accommodate people who work from home).
Are grounded, caring, compassionate, and creative souls with good communication skills.
Are tidy, appreciate beautiful spaces, and care about maintaining them.
Would like to contribute to growing food and gardening (we have a big, beautiful garden with two beehives!).
Enjoy co-creating a relaxing, harmonious space.
💰 Rent & Availability:
£600 per month (plus bills: £100 in summer / £150 in winter).
Deposit: One month’s rent.
Available now or ideally from end of April/May 2025.
