This week, we’re bringing awareness to the hips and lower back —
opening space, restoring alignment, and allowing energy to flow freely.

先週のプライベートレッスンで
私が「人はいつ、どんなタイミングで変われるかわからないから、ただ正直に見えていることを伝えるだけだよ。裸の王様の子供みたいなもんです。」
すると彼女が、「私が、2年前に突然、yokoの教えてくれてる事を、ちゃんとやってないわ！ってハッとなったの。それ以来、どんどん体が良くなってきてるのよ。」
って教えてくれました。
自分の中の猜疑心とか変な期待は、今の自分を受け入れていない現れで、ただ自分の成長を止めたり自分自身を苦しませるもの。
自分の直感がしっかり働くように、生活と心と体を整えるのが良いですね😊

This week we’re focusing on hip mobility. ☀️

先日のプライベートレッスンで
私のクラスに来るようになって4年
全く動かなかった足先が動きました。

彼女曰く、先月のプライベートセッションで私が施したエネルギーマッサージから、
急に動きやすくなったとの事。

マッサージはやり方とタイミングが大事だとつくづく思います。

動かなくなっちゃったものを動くようになった事は、動くものがより動くようになるより、私は祝福します。

よく我慢強く取り組んだし、悩まされていた腰痛なんかも軽減してきたようで、これからも楽しみです。
