Delighted to Have Demonstrated Gel Ovations Pressure Care Technology in Antrim
Yesterday, Gel Ovations was pleased to exhibit at the Pressure Area Prevention and Management conference at the Dunsilly Hotel, Antrim. It was a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate our silicone-based pressure care technology to delegates from across the region.
We were delighted to meet Tissue Viability Nurses, acute and community nursing teams, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, and a wide range of health care professionals committed to best practice in pressure area management.
On display was our range of positional and postural support gel products, wheelchair accessories, and support surfaces designed to help reduce the risk of pressure injuries and enhance comfort and stability for users.

Last week we had the honour of being the first equipment manufacturer invited to present to the team at the newly opened Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease at Seacroft Hospital. We delivered pressure care product training with a focus on Okapi Gel for Head Drop Syndrome and our Made to Measure Service, showcasing how we can provide bespoke pressure care solutions for the Centre’s clients.

Attending the MND Education Day & Workshop
It was a pleasure to attend and showcase our products last week’s MND Education Day and Workshop, held atThornbury Leisure Centre. Organised by Keri Vickery, MND Care Centre Co-ordinator (Bristol), and Jo Smallman, SW Neuromuscular ODN Co-ordinator, the event brought together a network of dedicated professionals committed to improving the lives of those living with MND. We were truly grateful for the warm welcome and inspired by the collaboration, passion, and expertise shared throughout the day.
