Inside this workshop we’ll explore:
✨Hormonal fluctuations throughout the month and how to use phase-specific nutrition and mindset work to optimise balance and vitality.
✨How to support the nervous system to create optimal conditions for reproductive health. We will learn how our emotional and mental load can affect our reproductive hormones and learn practical ways to navigate modern life demands and external pressures while protecting hormonal balance.
✨Cycle aligned yoga, guided visualisations, intentional breathwork and meditation designed to support the body and mind through trying to conceive challenges.
✨How to use food to optimise and support egg quality and strengthen the hormonal system (not just for women but men too!)
