I’m the coach behind the circuit classes in Clunderwen Hall

The sessions are all about:
✅ Getting you moving
✅ Enjoying exercise again

Over the past couple of months we’ve built an amazing, supportive community – and now we’re looking for more people to join us!

January gym madness

Gyms in January is carnage and i think it’s a very good thing

If someone has decided now is the time to improve health and fitness then that’s what I love to hear

But unfortunately you get people who think they are entitled to own the gym and new people should train out of the way

Don’t be that person and be helpful, remember that your first time in the gym and how nerves, scared or anxious you might have been

Help people who are trying to help themselves

Indoor facility walk through

Over January and February I will be offering the option of using a private studio for training (In March it’s back outside 💪)

If you want to train with myself with some quality kit then get in touch

It’s a private facility so no over crowding like you get in most big gyms

And won’t even be over crowded in January as only allowed for PT sessions

My clients have really enjoyed in there so far and perfect to keep up the fitness and training ready for when we go back outside 🙌

If you want to succeed with your fitness goal you have to have patience

Things don’t happen over night, you need to consistently put the work in towards your goal and then you have to be patient for the results to come

And when I say be patient I’m talking months and not just a couple of weeks

If you are doing all the right things then your goal will be reached as long as the patience is there

Need to trademark the theme tune as well, certified banger

Invest in yourself and Invest in your health

Your health should be one of the main investments you make in your life

You look after your health and you have a very good chance of fully enjoying your life

Your health should always be a priority and investing In it is a priority

I don’t mean you have get a PT or a coach or a gym programme but invest effort and time into your health as it’ll give you the best return you can ask for

Just start

Your physical and mental health will thank you for it in 5/6 weeks times

There’s never the perfect time to start so just start

Start your couch to 5K, start the new class, start going for a swim, start playing sport again, start your insta fitness page

Whatever it may be just start, in a months time you won’t regret it. You’ll be delighted you did

Whether it’s something new or going back to something you’ve done before just start, if it doesn’t work out then you can use it as a lesson and learn from it 💪

🔥🔥🔥 Amazing transformation alert 🔥🔥🔥

Client been with me for 10 months and as he told me yesterday this last year has really changed his life

When we started he had no real gym experience and was a beginner to weight training

First goal was mainly fat loss and improving health/fitness

We smashed that and then moved onto becoming leaner and stronger

He like everyone else had plenty of obstacles such as 2 kids under the age of 3 as well as balancing work life with training and being a parent and husband

Basic adjustments were made with nutrition and water intake and plenty of work put in by himself away from the sessions and results speak for themselves
