I think this is the retreat that I’ve been most excited about announcing… it’s been a while in the making but I am SO happy that I will be running a retreat next June!
It is a little slice of heaven in the Ardéche that is literally sprinkled with the magic that Lottie and JM create.
Booking will open this weekend - let me know if you’d like to be the first to hear when the retreat is open to book. There are only 12 spaces!

Hello Bristol! We’re Centre for Whole Health, a cosy wellbeing centre tucked away just behind bustling North Street, Bedminster. 🌷

Our practitioners are highly experienced and friendly, specialising in everything from counselling to osteopathy and reiki to shiatsu.

We also have a wonderful hall space available for hire, where regular workshops are held for activities such as yoga and mindfulness.

While we’ve been here for 35 years, we’re finally dipping our toes into social media, so be sure to share us with your friends and family! 🌸

Exactly 10 years ago to the day we ran our first ever Pilates retreat, and it was obviously at my absolute favourite place . I think travelling is the thing that makes me feel most like me, and having the privilege of showing other people such magical places is something that will never get old. We’ve had covid and 2 children in the middle, but 10 years on, I still adore running retreats more than anything else..! Thank you to all the amazing people that have joined me over the last 10 years, and I can’t wait for more retreats in the next 10!
