The Amadeo by Tyromotion Advanced Rehabilitation Technology is an advanced robotic therapy device designed to support hand and finger rehabilitation following neurological injury or trauma.

Using assisted, active and passive training modes, it enables patients to perform high-repetition, task-specific movements that help improve strength, coordination and range of motion.

With real-time feedback and detailed assessments, Amadeo allows therapists to track progress and tailor treatment to each individual, supporting recovery of fine motor skills and helping patients regain greater independence in everyday tasks.

We thought it was time you got to know us a little better…

For over 15 years, we at Ectron have been working alongside hospitals, rehabilitation centres, and clinicians to bring advanced rehabilitation technology into everyday practice.

We’ve supported countless patients on their recovery journeys by introducing systems like the LEXO, ZeroG, Walker View, and Fesia Grasp, helping teams deliver more intensive, motivating, and task-focused therapy.

We've been lucky to provide world-leading rehabilitation technologies to centres across the UK such as the National Rehabilitation Centre, Montagu Hospital, Neurotherapy Worx and Resilience Therapy Centre are we are exceptionally proud to say we recently won 'Medical Technology Product/Service of the Year' for LEXO.

From gait training to upper-limb rehab, everything we do is focused on making therapy more effective, engaging, and tailored to each individual.

The active/resistive LEXO Walk allows patients to actively participate in their walking therapy.

Instead of the system doing all the work, it can add just the right amount of resistance so muscles have to switch on and work, while still giving the support and safety needed.

This means therapists can gently challenge each step, helping patients build strength, improve their walking pattern, and gain confidence as they move towards more independent, natural walking.

The ZeroG 3D gives patients the confidence to move freely without the fear of falling.

It supports body weight while still allowing natural movement, so people can practise walking, balance, and everyday tasks in a safe but realistic way.

Therapists can gradually reduce the support as strength and control improve, helping patients rebuild confidence and independence step by step.

The DIEGO - the most advanced and versatile arm-shoulder rehabilitation device worldwide.

DIEGO supports both therapist and patient by guiding arm movement and providing easy access from all sides, enabling high-quality shoulder and upper-limb therapy.

Its overhead design creates space for task-based training with real objects, while intelligent gravity compensation makes heavy arms feel lighter, allowing natural movement at every stage of rehabilitation.

Adaptable for passive, assistive or active therapy, DIEGO adjusts quickly to each patient.

With simple arm straps and fast setup via the integrated TyroS software, sessions can begin in under a minute.

A great day of training yesterday at the National Rehabilitation Centre with Gabe from Aretech, LLC getting hands on with the ZeroG 3D.

From in-depth system training to working on the treadmill, it was brilliant to see the technology in action and explore how it supports safe, progressive gait rehabilitation.

Thank you to Gabe for a really insightful session!

We recently enjoyed a brilliant visit to Tees Neuro Physiotherapy Ltd and wanted to share with you a little behind the scenes...

We loved spending time at Tees Neuro Therapy Centre and getting hands-on with some truly impressive rehabilitation technology – all focused on helping patients move, recover and regain independence.

From cutting-edge robotic gait training to interactive, motivation-driven therapy, it was fantastic to see devices making real-world impact, including:
👉 LEXO – robotic gait training
👉 D-Wall – immersive, task-based movement therapy
👉 MYRO – cognitive and upper-limb training
👉 PABLO – targeted strength and movement assessment
👉 TYMO – balance and postural control
👉 MTT Devices – building strength to support recovery

Huge credit to the Tees Neuro team for the passion, expertise and patient-first approach. Centres like this are a powerful example of how technology + clinical excellence can transform neuro-rehab outcomes.

👏 Thanks for having us – inspiring as always.

A little message from Ectron...

As we wrap up an incredible year, we want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who’s been part of our journey.

To our amazing clients, partners, and colleagues - your trust, collaboration, and commitment to advancing rehabilitation make everything we do possible.

This year we were proud to support leading centres across the UK, including the National Rehabilitation Centre and Montagu Hospital, and to celebrate 15 years of Ectron 🎉

We were honoured to attend and exhibit at key industry events such as Therapy Expo, 12th Annual Queen Sq UL Neuro Rehabilitation Course, MiNT UK, and more - connecting with so many passionate professionals driving rehabilitation forward.

Winning 'Medical Technology Product/Service of the Year' (for LEXO) was the icing on the 2025 cake - but the real reward has been working alongside our partners and clinicians and seeing how our technologies are transforming lives every day.

So thank you for being part of our story, here’s to another year of innovation, partnership, and progress in 2026!

Wishing you a wonderful Christmas and a bright start to the New Year from all the team at Ectron!
