I have been teaching hatha yoga classes in Bristol for four years to adults and children at a variety of different venues. My classes are suitable for people of all abilities as I adapt all the poses (asanas) to ensure the integrity of the pose remains intact and yet it brings the most benefit to each individual participant at their level of ability. Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient healing practice that has been passed down from teacher to student for hundreds of years. It is based on the philosophy that by unblocking the body's energy lines through massage, we can restore the body's own natural healing ability
Restorative yoga works with individuals on a one to one basis in order to restore health and wellbeing. Through a use of restful yoga poses, breath work, mindful movement and Yoga Nidra (yoga form of guided relaxation which helps to readdress negative emotions and thought processes), restorative yoga brings the body back into alignment and reconnects the mind with the body.

Come join us as part of this years Festival of Nature for our Woodland Wellness Day in Saltford on the 7th June.
We will be spending time outdoors and in the woods, being more present with our natural surroundings. MPCP facilitators will be holding the space and facilitating activities to support your wellbeing and appreciation of the environment.
