As we flow into Autumn, we might notice some thoughts on change and transitions: the seasons, the moon and perhaps how we are deeply connected to both.
Today, on this Autumn full moon, the Harvest Moon, and the evolving days to come, I hope you might see a conker, a beechnut, or notice the turning of a leaf, and that they allow you to pause for a moment, and maybe smile while reflecting on the seasons and cycles, and how they are absolutely necessary for growth.
And if you feel sadness as we turn towards the darker months, picture the starlings that come together to make their journey south, and like them, find the people to walk with you through these winter months.
Find those that reassure you, the way nature shows us the gentle ease of trust and hope.
Remember: without Autumn, there is no Spring, without Winter, there is no Summer, and, without stillness, there is no movement.
