Vision Yoga for Screen Fatigue

Too much screen 📺 stress??? 😖

We’re doing two sessions on Vision Yoga for screen fatigue soon!

1. Fri 7th November 12:15-1pm; Short Taster session (live online & in person)
2. Sat 8th November 11-1pm; more in depths workshop

These sessions will be great to learn simple techniques to combat dry eyes, tension headaches, blurry vision, mental fatigue and neck & shoulder tightness.
