Here’s what I often see in my clinic:

Sometimes the best way to truly understand a treatment is to experience it yourself.

I first heard about MBST around seven and a half years ago. At the time, I was struggling with lumbar facet joint arthrosis in my own spine - something that was affecting my day-to-day life and meant I needed regular hands-on treatment just to keep moving comfortably.

Curiosity led me to try MBST on one of the older devices. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after completing the therapy, I noticed real changes. About five to six months later, I realised I’d gone from needing constant care to not requiring any hands-on treatment at all.

That relief lasted for seven years. 🙌

I recently had the privilege of presenting at Regener8 Healthcare in Birmingham, and what an great experience it was!

Four years ago, Martin came to us at Cura Clinical following a stroke that left him unable to speak or write, with limited mobility of just 200 steps a day, aided.

Since then, Martin has undergone two courses of MBST therapy – the first focused on his nerves, and the second, 18 months later, targeted both his nerves and muscles. The results have been nothing short of incredible:

✨ Martin can now read and write again.
✨ His cognition has improved significantly, allowing him to engage in tasks he couldn’t manage before.
✨ He can now walk 1,000 steps a day with a stick – a huge leap from the 200 steps he managed previously.
✨ While he still can’t speak, his ability to communicate has improved dramatically.
