A massive thank you to our amazing manager Vicky, for organising a fantastic day out for one of our service users, John. Thanks to Vicky’s initiative in applying for a generous donation through the incredible , John and his carer, Carri, were able to enjoy a memorable trip to Longleat.

John, who absolutely loves animals, had a brilliant time exploring the safari park and seeing all the incredible creatures up close. It was wonderful to see his excitement and joy throughout the day—moments like these truly make a difference.

We’re so grateful to Vicky for making this possible and to Pollard's Promises for their generosity in supporting such meaningful experiences. Here’s to more amazing outings and creating lasting memories together!
