During a massage endorphins are released into your brain to give you that lovely feel good feeling.

This month it’s National Stress Awareness Month.

Massage can really help with stress as it realises those feel good endorphins which promotes relaxation. It’s all good stuff!!

Another week passes with a empty calendar. However there’s a possibility I may be allowed to restart at the start of next month if all goes to plan with regards the lockdown . So hang in there!

Happy Friday everyone. Not that it feels like a normal Friday. I hope you are all bearing up with all that’s going on.

Obviously I have stopped massaging at this time. But rest assured as soon as it’s safe to do so I will be back to it.
