Care UK's luxurious new care home Ladden View, in Yate provides individually tailored care in luxurious surroundings. The home offers a full range of care services, from permanent residential and dementia care to short-term respite care. Each of the bedrooms at Ladden View are beautifully furnished, individually decorated and have its own en-suite wet room. The home also has a coffee shop, cinema room and hair and beauty salon, as well as extensive gardens and outdoor spaces.

Christmas Day Trips🎄🎅🏼✨

What a wonderful couple of days we’ve had, from Andre Rieu at the Cinema, to Christmas Carol Concerting🎶🎅🏼

A few of our lovely ladies who are Andre Rieu mad took a trip to VUE Cinema in Longwell Green on Sunday to see the 2025 Andre Rieu Christmas Concert. Fully equiped with a bag of goodies, the ladies had a fantastic time🎻

This afternoon was a brilliant trip to Chipping Sodbury Town Hall, with some of our lovely ladies and gents to watch the Mini Concerts “Countdown to Christmas” Carol Concert🎶🎅🏼

A huge, huge congratulations to our fantastic Kitchen Team for winning 2nd place in the Care UK’s 2025 Christmas Cake Competition - Cheeky Elf❄️🎅🏼🎄

We created this cake in the beautiful memory of a dear gentleman who lived at Ladden View, who we unfortunately lost earlier this year who was an extremely keen and passionate golfer and a wonderfully cheeky chappy⛳️❤️

Whole Home Approach❤️

We’ve had a truly wonderful day at Ladden View! We’ve been singing, dancing and biscuit decorating💃🏼🍪

Whole home approach is so important and being able to make wonderful memories is at the heart of what we all do - Like having our Chefs, Kitchen Assistants, Team Leaders, Care Staff and Lifestyle Lead all singing and dancing together with the residents is just magical✨

Those smiles, the laughter and love is what it’s all about❤️

We have to say a massive thank you to Nicholas from Mini Concerts for kickstarting Christmas at Ladden View on Friday🎤🎄

Nicholas performed some classic Christmas songs, absolutely beautifully, for our wonderful residents to enjoy and reminisce on🎶

A massive thank you to the fantastic Avon Fire & Rescue Service for spending the morning with us and our residents at Ladden View, on Sunday, kindly putting up our Christmas Lights. The residents love all of the twinkling lights around the home🎅🏼✨🎄

It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year🎶🎄

We had a wonderful, cosy, Christmasy day, today at Ladden View. We kicked off with a delicious Sunday Roast prepared and served by our fantastic kitchen team, followed by an afternoon of singing Christmas Carols and doing Christmas Quizzes together🎅🏼🎄

Larry has been causing CHAOS today at Ladden View❄️🫣

Our kitchen team found Larry this morning “making snow angels” with self raising flour on the counters!!

Then, we thought he’d started behaving, wrapping up his Christmas presents….nope!! He was experimenting with the cello tape and got himself in a bit of a pickle…and managed to stick himself to the windows🫣

England Netball Return To Ladden View🏐

We had the pleasure of welcoming Alice, from England Netball back to Ladden View this morning to host another fantastic session of seated netball🤩

The residents are absolutely loving their seated netball classes. As well as being such a fun and social activity, it is great for the mind, enhancs hand eye coordination and is brilliant gentle exercise for key muscle groups🥳
