It’s kinda magical that most of the human body is water.
It’s important to move in ways and get bodywork, like MFR that helps to wring out the ‘stagnant’ water in our tissues so we can uptake and let in fresh, new water.
Imagine wringing out a cloth, we compress, give tension and stretch the cloth to get all that old water out and then it’s ready to bring in the new water.
Moving, stretching, exercising, bringing up your core temperature, drinking good water all help this process.
Remember though you are a multidimensional being therefore move, wiggle, squeeze in all directions and find places maybe you’ve never wrung out before.

The gym? Bicep curl? Play with the angle in the concentric and eccentric contractions.
