Did you know our US Sales Team is made up of 10 Account Managers led by our 2 Regional Sales Managers?

Madi & Austin use their product expertise to ensure the team is always ready to provide the best support to customers across the country.

We asked these two experts to each highlight one of our models for our social media, and this is what they said:

Which product do our sales team most enjoy talking to customers about? We spoke to Vincent Tanamal, our US Northeast Regional Account Manager, to find out.

For him, the PROMPT Flex Birthing Simulator was the obvious choice. Designed to support both routine and complex birthing scenarios, this trainer has you covered.

New NHS initiative using simulation to tackle common brain injury causes at birth

The Avoiding Brain Injury in Childbirth (ABC) programme has launched across the UK with over 90 trusts using Limbs & Things’ evidence-backed simulation model, PROMPT Flex, to execute new training requirements.

With up to 10% of c-sections being complicated by impacted fetal head, a scenario with a high risk of perinatal brain injury, the programme utilises simulation training among other tactics to improve outcomes.

Alexis Lee is our Mid-Atlantic Regional Account Manager. Having recently joined the team, we got to know more about her first product demo to a customer…

“My first demo was with the Advanced Venipuncture Arm Trainer, and it was such a great experience. It was a good introduction to the realism of simulation & how it can support learner confidence, skill development, and clinical readiness across all skills levels.”

It's International Day of Women in Science 🔬🔧🧬

Meet Jess and Geena! Two of the brilliant minds behind our R&D. To celebrate, we asked them what got them into STEM.

"As an engineer I love that I get to use my seemingly conflicting interests of maths, science, and creativity to do work which solves problems and (hopefully) makes a difference in the world.

I love the variety and uniqueness of the work here; it's technically challenging and I get to learn about medicine. I also love that our projects have a meaningful impact by improving the care professionals can give to their patients." - Jess

____________

"I’ve always been creative as well as passionate about maths and science, so pursuing product design and mechanical engineering felt like the perfect fit.

One of my favourite parts of my role is problem solving, exploring creative and technical ways to approach a challenge. It’s always great when you see what you've been working on go from a sketch, to a prototype, to a production component." - Geena

You never know when your training might be put to the test.

That's what our Account Manager, Steve, witnessed when he was out on the road giving a hands-on demo of our airway models to Moraga-Orinda Fire District. As the session wrapped up, the team were called to an emergency situation with a patient in airway distress.

That's why simulation training matters. When the pressure is real and the stakes are high, preparation makes the difference. Practicing critical skills in a safe environment means professionals can respond with confidence when it counts most.

Have any skills in mind that you would like your team to be able to brush up on?

We've got a model for that at limbsandthings.com
