Our annual employee awards ceremony (dubbed in honour of our President & Founder, Margot Cooper 👑) is our own opportunity to spotlight individuals within the team in recognition of all their hard work throughout the year. It is, without a doubt, our favourite celebration to showcase the talent and expertise that goes into each and every product we sell.

So, without further ado, we are pleased to share with you our 2026 winners for the Margots!

To get to know him better, we asked Jamie what his most memorable 'aha' moment with one of our trainers is:

Since the opening of our new building at Bristol HQ, we’ve been getting our machinery and workforce moved into their new space. The expansion reflects the strength of our manufacturing capabilities, and we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to our team for their collaboration and hard work that made this investment possible. ❤️

The building also includes a new meeting room which has been named after a scientific figure, to fit in with the theme of our other meeting rooms. It has been dubbed the Youyou room by our employees! Named after the Nobel Prize winner and discoverer of malaria treatment, Tu Youyou.
