🚀 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🚀

Three years ago, Ian came to me with no training background, no nutrition habits and a lifestyle that revolved around long hours, high stress and heavy socialising. Running multiple successful businesses, fitness just wasn’t on the radar but stress, burnout and exhaustion were.

Fast forward to now… what a transformation 🔥

Ian’s dropped significant weight, now standing strong at around 15 stone.

He’s cut back his drinking massively. Still socialising (because that’s part of who he is), but now with balance and control.

Ian’s built healthier habits around food, movement and mindset.

And exercise has become his outlet. Ian’s way of managing stress and protecting his energy.

From not being able to do a burpee or box jump, to smashing through full workouts and just last weekend, completing a partner fitness challenge against another PT and a competitive friend … and absolutely holding his own 💪🔥

It hasn’t been easy. There have been setbacks, doubts, and plenty of sweat. But Ian’s mindset, discipline and commitment to change have been next level.

Now he looks incredible. He feels incredible. And the biggest shift of all …. his mindset.

This is what real transformation looks like.

It’s not about perfection. It’s about progress, consistency and showing up, especially when it’s hard.

Client Spotlight: Marathon Ready 🏃‍♂️

This absolute star 🌟 has been training with us consistently for nearly two years — and what a journey it’s been!

used to find it tough to stay consistent with health and fitness, but that’s all changed. He’s fully embraced the lifestyle, from smashing his weight training and PT sessions to showing up strong at boot camp and gym circuits.

In the past few months, he’s also taken up running again — and just 6 weeks ago, he found out he’d been selected for the taking place this weekend 🏃‍♂️ He’ll be running to raise money for the Trust — an incredible cause 🎀

Sid’s commitment really shows:

➡️ He’s made big changes to his nutrition, even when it’s not easy 🥗

➡️ He’s lost weight but still knows how to enjoy life (yes, that includes drink 🍺 and chocolate 🍫)

➡️ He prioritises recovery with regular sports massage 💆‍♂️

➡️ He takes on mobility and stretch advice to support his performance 💪

➡️ And most of all, he turns up with a smile on his face 😃 always ready to say hello — a truly likable, positive energy to have around 💫

We are beyond proud 🥰 Sid is living proof that with consistency and the right mindset, anything is possible.

What a privilege! 🥊🔥

At the start of March, we had the privilege to be invited to watch this young man step into the ring and take a well deserved victory! His dedication, heart and skill were incredible to witness.

It’s amazing to see young people embracing sports like boxing. Not just for the competition, but for the discipline, confidence and resilience it builds. The mental and physical benefits of boxing (and sports in general) are unmatched.

Beyond the ring, sports like this teach valuable life skills …. hard work, perseverance, respect, and self-discipline. Qualities that are essential in any career or path in life. These are the traits that build future leaders, role models and champions, both in and out of sport.
