🤲 A Short Introduction to Myofascial Release with Pip Instone and Tim Bartlett 🤲
📅Weds 12th November
🕙6pm-9pm
📍BCMB

This session is designed to give you a taster of the fascinating world of fascia and Myofascial Release (MFR). You'll explore:

🌀Fascia - what is it and what does it do?
🌀A brief explanation of MFR technique and how it works.
🌀Some basic techniques to give you an opportunity to work in a different way and feel the subtle and sometimes not so subtle changes that MFR can bring about.

Fascia does not like to be hurried. The techniques we will be using require a calm, patient approach as we facilitate changes the fascia makes in its own web. We will cover what we can in the limited timeframe available, but hopefully it will be enough to get you enthused about this subject.

💆3D Side Lying Massage with Sarah McLellan 💆
📅3rd - 4th November
🕙10am - 5.30pm
📍BCMB

Did you know that working in the side lying position offers a wealth of creative possibilities and isn't just for pregnancy?

The human body is beautifully three-dimensional, yet many massage techniques primarily focus on clients in prone or supine positions. We're here to change that perspective!

By placing clients in the side lying position, without preconceived expectations, we create an environment where they can truly let go. Our workshop is a journey into a world of holistic bodywork and energy techniques, including:

🌀spinal mobilisations and stretching
🌀connecting complementary muscle groups in the lower back and abdomen
🌀accessing deeper muscles in the shoulder girdle
🌀deep relaxation and energy holds
