Feeding your baby doesn’t always happen in the perfect chair, with cushions, pillows and calm surroundings.
Sometimes it happens on a park bench, mid-walk, mid-life, just doing the best you can 🤍

However you feed, wherever you feed, you’re showing up and meeting your baby’s needs.
If you can take a moment to support your body too, that’s a bonus not a requirement.

Happy New Year 🥳
January brings a lot of pressure, big goals, big challenges like Hard 75. This year, I’m choosing small wins instead.

I’m three and a half months postpartum, with our wedding in May, and while the idea of a pre-baby body in four months isn’t realistic, feeling my best is.

Gym classes are harder to fit in with Juliette, but a naptime walk with her feels like a win every time. Fresh air, gentle movement, and time in beautiful Frenchay. Ryan even joined us for 20 minutes ❤️

One small step today. A little better than yesterday 🤍
