If you’ve been thinking about getting back into exercise for a while… and maybe you’ve been peaking at my classes from afar 👀 😜
Then this is honestly the best week to finally give it a try! 💕
Because I’m running a ‘Newcomer Week’ from April 20th where you can try up to 3 outdoor classes freeeee! You can dip your toe in with other new faces and see how things feel for YOU.
With my holistic fitness classes there’s:
No shouting.
No pressure to push through.
No need to be ‘fit’ before you come.
Just movement that helps you feel better inside and out! ☺️ Feel:
✨ stronger
✨ clearer in your head
✨ more like yourself again
And honestly… most people arrive feeling a bit unsure and leave saying
“I feel SO much better than when I got here.”
So if:
– it’s been a while
– you feel “unfit”
– or you’ve never really found your thing with exercise

You can come on your own (most people do)
or bring a friend if that feels easier.
