You’re not just “someone who goes to the gym” anymore, you’ve built a level of fitness that puts you above average. But here’s where most people at this level get stuck...

You’re still relying on data that isn’t actually built around your body.

Your watch gives you estimates, general zones, and surface-level insights, but it doesn’t truly show how your body produces energy, where your real thresholds sit, or how you’re responding to the training you’re doing.

At this stage, progress isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing what’s right for your physiology.
