A journey through presence, transformation, and spirit.

A 7-week journey to awaken the body’s wisdom and rediscover your existence, exploring Elemental Embodiment and Radical Intimacy through Somatics, Butoh, and María F*x dance therapy.

We dance where endings and beginnings meet — where the invisible becomes visible, and the body reveals the spirit’s wisdom.

💀 Listening to your body and mind, and knowing when to take time for yourself is an important life skill.

💀 Balasana (Child’s Pose) is a gentle back, hip and thigh stretch but it can be way more than that. It’s a pose that has variations to suit all bodies and can give you a moment of quiet, calm and rest.

💀 I offer it as part of all our classes but the invitation is to take Balasana (or Savasana) at any time during a class if you need it or want to.

It's that time of year again...

The veil is thin and perfect for slipping between realms.

This will be an undulating, pendulating journey moving through light and shadow, activation and resource, past, present, and future.

We will come into the fight or flight sympathetic response in a held setting to safely work through patterns stored in the body.

We are so happy to announce that Jump Studios has been awarded with ‘BEST STUDIO 2025/26’ following from the same award last year. The judges were impressed by the expansion into Unity studios and the opening of a second new studio this year, what next? Who knows?!
