Jen joined bootcamp in 2023 and has been consistently attending 3–5 times per week. She always pushes herself in training and has also been incredibly committed to tracking her nutrition.
At bootcamp, I regularly run nutrition workshops to help members learn how to optimise calories and macronutrients (carbs, fats, proteins). These sessions build strong habits that lead to lasting results.
