Hello and welcome.
My name is Oli, and I recently moved to Cleeve in Somerset, UK.
I am a healthcare professional and holistic therapist specialising in self-development and personal transformation.
I work as a Meditation Teacher, Nutritionist, Reiki Master, and Life Coach, supporting people to achieve the best possible health and wellbeing.
My aim is to use my skills and training to deliver holistic health support within my local community through classes and workshops. I draw on evidence-based research to inform my knowledge and practice, and I am registered with BANT and the CNHC.
I offer Combined Holistic Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Meditation Classes, Reiki Tuition, Nutritional Therapy, Life Coaching, mBIT Coaching, and workshops on Sleep Health, Gut Health, Fasting, and Metabolic Health.
I also run cookery classes with a focus on nutrition and fermenting, and I lead Shinrin-Yoku (Forest Bathing) walks.

In addition to my local practice, I work as a Metabolic Nutritionist at Combe Grove in Bath, and as a Project Coordinator for the National Centre of Integrative Medicine in Bristol.

A little about my journey:
In my late teens—over 35 years ago—I overcame a debilitating virus by turning to Holistic Health and Wellbeing practices.
Focusing on Nutrition, Mindfulness, Meditation, Energy Healing, and Positive Mindset, and inspired by the work of Louise Hay and Louis Proto, I began a self-healing journey that completely transformed my life. It was the beginning of a lifelong connection with complementary therapies, spiritual growth, and a calling to support others in their own healing.
In 2000, I qualified as a Spiritual Healer with The Healing Trust, but it wasn’t until 2014 that I decided to use my experience, skills, and expanding knowledge to support others in a more structured and meaningful way.
Since then, I’ve become a qualified Nutritionist, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Certified Coach, and Reiki Master Teacher.
I believe that Holistic, Integrative, and Complementary approaches are essential to health and wellbeing, and offer the key to preventing chronic disease and poor health.
