I’m excited to share that I will be undertaking specialised training in Cranial Reflexology this December to further expand the support I offer my clients!

Reflexology has consistently brought meaningful outcomes in my practice: Supporting relaxation, easing tension, and helping clients feel more balanced overall. This advanced cranial approach will allow me to work even more precisely with stress-related patterns held in the head, face, and neck.

Cranial Reflexology is a gentle, structured method that focuses on specific reflex zones to encourage the body’s natural balancing processes and promote deeper calm.
