A Day in the Life of…Relax with Jax ✨
Step inside a day with me, filled with calm, movement, and little moments of joy 🙏
✨a timed meditation practice to start the day
✨morning breakfast – protein shake with my daily staples
✨a walk in nature visiting my furry friends, grounding and getting my daily steps in, searching for vitamin D
✨off to teach a Spirit class at David Lloyd (a blend of Yoga and Pilates) - love holding space for my Yogis in this big studio
✨a nutritious lunch before teaching a workshop all around the theme of leaning into stillness
✨my heart is full after spending my afternoon at this family run gym called Workout Ashton
✨I always close the day with some journaling or gratitude practice – this book was a beautiful Christmas present from a friend and fellow Yogi
