This week is MS awareness week and we're challenging the assumptions people make about multiple sclerosis. Just driving back from Nantwich and being single for this amount of time always makes me think about long journeys alone. Love being able to listen to my Audible in quiet though tbf 🤣

I have been terrified to get my coil replaced because of the pain last time. I choose to have this done because it lowers the amount of migraines I have every month. It's 7 years old and it's not working as well as it used to so agreed with my neurologist to get it changed and see if it helps. Will evaluate if it has worked in a few months. This week has been focused on food...again! 🤣 Went to Diversity on Wednesday at Bristol Beacon with family and they were geniunely incredible, highly recommend seeing them, Ashley puts on the most amazing story. Then brothers birthday weekend with way too much food and cake, exhausted and early nights this week before heading to Nantwich next weekend...I think I might crash at some point from over doing it, so keep your fingers crossed for me I manage to keep going 🙈
