Jodies journey so far ☺️
She came to me with a goal to feel mint but to look like someone who goes to the gym
She’s a mum so often everyone else went first
Breakfast was missed
No time to train
Evenings were her time but it ended up being wine and chocolate to feel a little better
I said to her it doesn’t need to be this way
I explained to her the phases we would go through to get there
I listened to her lifestyle and built a plan around her
Got her using her time better
Got her showing up as the version of herself she wants to be 💃
And we are now nearly through the first phase ☺️
Nearly 10kg she has dropped but she’s also been learning how to train to build
How to manage stress and life better
How to manage social events better
Learning that locking in to a goal isn’t a bad thing!
Few more weeks in phase one and then it’s on to the second part 💃💪🍑
She’s smashing it!
