Staff at Claro Homes felt that Georgina was such a hard worker, with 10 years of experience at the Home her knowledge and understanding of the homes residents needs assisted all who work at the home. Well done, Georgina. 👏

Other Optima Care achievers on the night included Larisa Suzinovic from The Leonard Elms Care Home and Edith Ramoran from Primley Court Nursing Home. 👥

📣 DEMENTIA CARER - DAYS/NIGHTS

Unique opportunity available for experienced carers to work on a fixed term contract from now until the end of March.

Minimum weekly hours of 36 hours, hourly rate £18.80. This role would involve working in Paignton, Torbay and would include quality accommodation for the entire fixed term.

Following completion of this contract, permanent roles would be available across the group.

The Dementia Carer is responsible for supporting the Dementia Lead on their shift alongside imparting your knowledge learned through the Stirling training packs to support the team around the best care for dementia within our homes.

This is a supportive and educational role as well as a carer role to make certain we are always following best practice guidelines for dementia care.

You will ensure all care staff follow the residents care plans and daily activities within the stipulations of the company’s policies, procedures, and regulations.

Dear friends and family,

Can I take this moment to thank all that have shown their overwhelming love and support over the last few days following Optima Care Partnerships latest press release.
