My story

My name is Rachael and I started my journey into Holistic Therapies 5 years ago. I initially trained in Reiki and Indian Head Massage. I am a qualified Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist and also have trained in Warm Bamboo Massage, Swedish Massage and Myofascial Cupping Therapy. I am currently studying Reflexology at SGS College.

My passion is to help clients relieve pain, tension and stress and create a sense of well being. I offer a free consultation and will tailor a treatment to suit your needs.

I am work within Valkyrie Hair and Beauty in Staple Hill every Wednesday 10am - 7pm , Friday 10am - 7pm and Saturday 10am - 5pm. The rest of the week I am available for mobile appointments.
