Waking up to love is an idea that I had a few weeks ago when Spring hadn't yet sprung and the world was dreary and the news was hideous and everything is expensive and life felt like a trudge. So I decided I could do something about that, even if it's small. After all what we focus on is what we see. And whilst I don't intend on closing my eyes to the enduring suffering in the world, I do intend on using my knowledge and circumstance for something that feels like a positive charge in an increasingly challenging world.

Ok so here it is, a free online meditation this Friday March 13th at 6am.

Well, sort of free. I'd actually like you to come along and "bank" it in your reservoir so when you see an opportunity to act from a place of love you feel resourced to and act on it. It's a pay-it-forward meditation 💕💕 no gesture of kindness is too small.

If you'd like to come along let me know in the comments or send me a DM and I'll send you the booking link. Yes it's early (so there are fewer obstacles asides from it's early), cameras will be off so you can be in your Pjs in bed if you like, no, it won't be recorded because I believe it should be an in-the-moment living practise where we raise each others energy.

How you doing anything is how you do everything

What a powerful affirmation, reminding me that in this wild world of busy and more and relentless striving that is almost impossible to not get caught up in, intention is important. Showing up and being honest with yourself, for yourself is so important. Eye contact, hugs and warm tea are what I'm hungry for. Listening to hear and not to respond is a tonic I think we all need. The little things are everything ✨✨✨ big love yogi peeps ###

I've been sharing a weekly online Yin Yoga class for a few years now, and am excited to be bringing this to where every Friday from Feb 27th 5.30pm you can join me online or in person at Intra- for a 60minute slow down. Yin yoga favours duration over intensity and can be a wonderful way to step off the treadmill and catch your breath. The spaciousness yin yoga can offer reaches beyond the layer of the body...it entices us deeper with the lullaby of the breath and with time as our ally. Gradually space finds it's way to the platform of our thoughts and this experience can sometimes feel like we are hearing our self for the first time. With the intention of compassion and kindness towards oneself, there is opportunity to liberate ourselves from unhelpful or out of date replays in the mind and whispers of wisdom and deep truths can come to the surface and be heard.

It's pretty magical.

None of these images are new. They are all from the archives...and it was really lovely scrolling back through photos and recalling places I've been and magical moments shared.

Nothing is new in January....the irony of it being a new year and yet when we look around there is no "new" in nature at this time. Living in a city it's all too easy to forget that we are nature too.

On Saturday January 24th I'll be headed to the gorgeous private yoga venue, Choseley House, near to Maidenhead, to share a morning retreat. I have 7 spaces still available... You will be guided through a grounding Yoga Flow and a breathwork practise with bandha to connect with a deep sense of landing within oneself. I'll also be guiding a reflective workshop using the wheel of the year and journal prompts, followed by breakout groups to listen with compassion and to allow your heart to be heard. And, of course, yummy homemade treats.

A space to reflect and remember....a space to inwardly listen and allow the whispers of what Spring might hold to be heard. Nothing new or better here. Instead an invitation to remember you are already whole and you can let the Wintering dreams be seen, heard and become our wisdom for when the time for new comes around.

It is entirely surreal to me that the next in person Yoga Nidra and Sound Meditation I will be sharing is going to be at ...a special space I have managed to build in Bedminster, Bristol in a crazy short space of time. And by I, I mean the team at and of course my Jack and Nacho. So many of you who have shared this path with me are not Bristol based, so whilst I'm sad that many who have encouraged, supported and believed in me over the years will likely not be there in body, I'm SO bloody grateful for you. It's been a constant of learning, growing, making mistakes, and believing in the practise and path of Yoga and to walk the path with you is a pleasure and a privilege. I am loving being a small part of the evolution of where we take care of our customers nervous system in a multitude of ways.
