*short term therapy (6-12 sessions)
*longer term therapy (12 sessions +).

How I work
Our first session will be just us getting to know each other a little better. It will involve:
*Discussing why you want to have therapy and why you want it now.
*What you want to get out of our sessions together.
*Discussing Confidentiality
*Discussing Boundaries

I believe each person is a unique individual and should not be pushed into a one style of therapy fits all box. As an integrative therapist I work collaboratively with my clients to tailor sessions to suit their needs. If you have any questions or want to book a session please message me.

That felt great. Community is so important. Moments of joy and feelings of connection are resilience factors that according to the Minority Stress Theory help with better mental health outcomes. And right now considering the government are actively both anti trans and anti disabled we need all of the resilience factors we can get.
