Appointments are now very limited until January 2026.

A reminder please everyone, tiz the season.

Coughs, colds (however mild you might have it) sore throats, Covid and other general viruses doing the rounds.

A little reminder to please ensure that you DO NOT rock up to your appointment if you are unwell.

My line of work is close contact for extended periods and I have many clients who are auto immune deficient. I have to ensure my space is safe for all, myself included. I don't want to be away from my client work this close to Christmas closing. People are on treatment plans, I want to ensure they get them!

Secondly, having massage or aesthetic treatments while your immune system is compromised, isn't going to do you any favours, you'll most likely end up feeling worse or have compromised results.

I also have a cancellation policy in place to protect my tiny business. This is agreed with yourself at the time of booking and is managed via Fresha.

LOOK WHATS BACK!!

After the hugely popular offer last Autumn & Winter, I'm rolling this one out again from TODAY! The feedback was to CHANGE NOTHING..so here we are, as it was last year, I bring back my Season Changes combination treatment. Go Go Go!!

🍂🍂SEASON CHANGES🍂🍂

This combination treatment will start with a 20min H**p CBD Hotstone Back, Neck and Shoulder massage. Nudging your mind into a quieter space and melting tension. The use of H**p CBD will provide a more targeted approach to those tight, stiff muscles, combined with heat to rapidly get to work on untying tension.

Hot stones will be placed between the toes at the very start of the treatment and a CBD foot balm applied, feet & lower legs will be massaged, aiding tired toes and working to allow an overall more grounded and rested wellbeing throughout your session.

You'll then receive a combined mini facial, incorporating not one but two mask treatments.

Following a frankincense cleanse and sculpting facial massage, a light pumpkin skin resurfacer will be used to decongest and brighten the skin post summer, great for hyperpigmentation and breakouts too!

Then we apply a hyaluronic peptide mask to inject your skin with that much needed repair and hydration . Plumping and refreshing the skin ready to be cooled and tightened with ice globe facial massage ❄️and a soothing head massage.

The treatment is finished with a brightening radiance cream to help even skin tone and send you away with a glow.

This treatment will leave you with a polished & smoother complexion, looser neck & shoulders and an overall more re-centred and lighter headspace. The benefits of the H**p CBD will be carried into your day and continue to work on your mind & body post treatment.

Although I have taken off my longer Swedish Massage treatments, I am still offering shorter sessions, longer sessions of hot stone (75min) and Indian Head massage. All of these treatments can be upgraded with H**p CBD oil 💚

I have also added a 30 min Hotstone and Mini Swedish Massage options, such as foot & leg, arm & hands, extra head massage, so that these can be bolted onto a facial treatment.
