We are eager to regularly post updates and pictures about what is happening at the surgery and provide you with important information that may affect you; however, please note in our doing so, we will not tolerate, accept or allow any inappropriate, negative, rude or illicit comments about our practice; staff or any other person who has liked or commented on our posts.

We operate a zero tolerance policy and any form of abuse ( including but not limited to) or online bullying will be taken seriously and appropriate procedural or legal action will be taken against the perpetrator.

If you wish to raise a complaint, we request that you follow our standard complaints procedure via our website.
