Alice and shift leader, Anna, set off on an adventure to Wingham Wildlife Park today — a perfect way to celebrate Alice’s birthday from yesterday! The day was filled with smiles, sunshine, and some amazing photo moments. One snap of a crocodile looked especially intense — that hungry stare could make anyone back away slowly! And of course, both Alice and Anna couldn’t resist falling in love with the meerkats. If it were allowed, they’d probably have brought one (or two!) home. 🐊🦁🦇🦒

Today, Charlotte was supported by Registered Manager, Gaby.
During their time together, they had a great chat about Charlotte’s new goal — becoming healthier and making positive lifestyle choices.

They discussed simple but powerful steps Charlotte could take each day, like getting off the bus one stop earlier, walking a little extra, or choosing the stairs instead of the lift or escalator.

Charlotte put her plan into action straight away — she confidently chose to take the stairs today! 💪

Later, Charlotte was supported to plan and prepare a healthy dinner. She decided on a delicious turkey Caesar salad and made it completely independently.

Fantastic effort, Charlotte! We’re so proud of your commitment and excited to keep supporting you on your health journey. 🌿✨

I went to the 02 tonight to watch Buster vs mcfly with the house. I went with some clients and support worker Tim, managers Gaby and Emma, a another service manager from another home Lauren and Head of national care group Tara. We had great fun. Very very loud. I will get my hearing slowly and the ringing from my ears will stop very slowly. Gaby supported me there.

Support Worker Lucy meet me over in Canterbury. We walked around all the shops, went for a short walk, went to the beano library to have a look around (which is free, went to the cathedral and had a look around outside, went for lunch at Cafe des amis. Which was nice. Finally some more shops and got some bits from sainsburys. 10 hours owed to me. Lovely day and had a lovely catch up.
